From fancy cocktails to fine wine, Rupert & Hound has been inspired by state and story when selecting its beverage options.

Our bartenders utilise a state-of-the-art drink kitchen to prepare trend-setting seasonal cocktails utilising fresh herbs and highly sought-after local spirits.  Their innovative creations are fun and fancy, celebrating stories and memories.

Breakfast cocktails, available on weekends, certainly put a spirited spring in your step!

Our wine list is unashamedly predominantly Tasmanian. We are proud to partner with Devils Corner for our house wine, sourced from the spectacular and wild Hazards Vineyard on Tasmania’s East Coast.

And our house beers are pretty special too. Hound Dog Lager & Rupert’s Raspberry Sour are created in conjunction with Scottsdale’s Little Rivers Brewery to honour the stories that have shaped us.
