In conjunction with Scottsdale’s Little Rivers Brewery we produce our own house beer – Hound Dog Lager & Rupert’s Raspberry Sour. We are very fond of our beers & they are showcased throughout our food & cocktail menus.
The largest vineyard in Tasmania, Hazards Vineyards, produces Devil’s Corner, our chosen house wine. The intensity of flavour captured in Devil’s Corner wines is specific to The Hazards Vineyards, as the vines are exposed to the unpredictable and wild East Coast elements.
